Kapolei Lofts

Hello! It's been about a month since my family moved into Kapolei Lofts. We are so happy to have moved to Kapolei & Kapolei Lofts, a truly new type of place with beautiful natural surroundings and convenient living. Courtney and Hoku at the office were such warm and friendly staffs and we are so grateful! And the maintenance team are so quick and fast to care for the residents. Thank you very much! Mahalo! ~~

I really do enjoy the lofts. The apartments themselves are very spacious, upgraded, and affordable for the space that you get and the location you're in. I absolutely love the location, foodland and other restaurants are conveniently located across the street. I really enjoy the poolside and landscaping that makes the apartments welcoming. But on the flip side however, parking spots are tiny, parking fees are outrageous (there's a fee for a fee), homeless people always going through garbage and people always fighting outside (like what's the point of security then) Keys are strictly fobs, if you have friends or family coming to stay and want to make a copy, you can't. And if you want an extra set $70 FOR A FOB! Guest parking is also on the streets, which is fine just keep that in mind.

The only reason why I gave Kapolei Lofts 5 stars is because 5 stars is the highest number available! If I could, I would gladly have rated it a 10+. I'm coming up to my lease renewal for the 2nd year and within weeks of first moving in last year, I already knew that I would be staying. 11 months later and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else here on the island. It's not simply that I feel at home but this IS my home and I can't wait to come home everyday. My first impressions remain the same: great, well-kept apartment, awesome pet friendly environment, beautiful grounds, clean facilities, nice amenities, great respectful neighbors, ample free parking, perfect location with Foodland and restaurants across the street, and a feeling of safety, even walking the grounds at night. Now that it's been a year, I can certainly add a very crucial aspect of any 5-star community: the staff/management. From the very first tour that Nicole gave to me and my Mom, she continued to really play an active role in my move-in process, as well on an everyday basis. Not only is Nicole such a friendly and genuine person to talk to, she's my go-to person for anything. My Mom was definitely sold by the apartment but Nicole's care and concern for my welfare was what really mattered to a parent. I have also had the opportunity to work with the rest of the management - Leilani is always helpful and I know that I can always go to her for help, as well. When I was on vacation, she really helped ease my concerns and she will also go out of her way to make things easy for the tenant. Now with the lease renewal approaching, I've been fortunate to work with both Tonya and Chrissy on the process. No matter how many questions I have, they are patient and understanding and I always leave the conversation with no issues. I also have to mention the services team. I've submitted three repair tickets for something to be fixed in the apartment and Kepa has always quickly responded, which was especially appreciated when I accidentally locked myself out one late night. I'd submit a ticket and by the time I returned from work, the issue was resolved with an explanation and he'd check back to make sure everything was fine. And just last week, the key FOB battery needed to be replaced. Within 5 minutes, Toby was already knocking on the door. The nicest feeling, though, is being recognized by the management. All I have to say is "It's Alana" and they know who I am. I really appreciate this sense of belonging to a family.... I think that the actual management is just as important to the tenants' happiness as the apartment and community itself and in this, Kapolei Lofts excels in both areas. I'll certainly be back again to rave more my home!

Kapolei lofts is a clean, safe, and beautiful community to live in. It is very pet friendly and also a nice community to take walks in. The fitness center and pool area are fun and clean! It is a quiet community but is still conveniently located and has a lot of fun activities to participate in. The leasing office and maintenance staff are very attentive and friendly. The units are modern and have everything you need and are spacious with nice layouts.

I've lived at Kapolei Lofts for the past year and have had the best rapport with the staff ever. The Maintenance Department has always addressed my concerns right away. Robert Wilson, who worked on my air conditioning unit during our recent heatwave was fantastic. Had everything under control and even offered alternative cooling machines while he waited for parts. Thank you everyone !!

Absolutely the best place to live on the Westside of O'ahu. The Kapolei Loft is walking distance to everything you can think of, from ono food to parks, businesses and minutes from the beach. If that does not sell you on living here, the friendly staff will. They care about you, your safety and maintaining the beautiful community. Not to mention the gym, BBQ's, refreshing pool and resident events so you can meet all your neighbors. The unit floorplans are amazing, so many to choose from. Mahalo to the Lofts Staff, you're the best.
